**We’re Hiring: Warehouse Manager/مدير المستودع** **Company:** Blumen Coffee \& Sweets **Location:** Riyadh, Saudi Arabia **Work Location:** In person Blumen Coffee \& Sweets is seeking a highly organized and experienced **Warehouse Manager** to lead warehouse operations and ensure accurate inventory control, efficient storage, and timely order fulfillment across all company branches. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods. * Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts, reconciliation, and audits. * Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages, overstocking, and unnecessary waste. * Ensure proper storage conditions for food products, including temperature control, expiry monitoring, and stock rotation using FIFO and FEFO methods. * Supervise order preparation and dispatch to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment. * Coordinate delivery schedules with the logistics team to ensure timely distribution to all branches. * Collaborate with procurement, production, and branch teams to meet operational requirements. * Investigate inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and expired stock, and implement corrective actions. * Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, food safety, and workplace safety standards. * Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse staff to improve productivity and performance. * Prepare inventory and warehouse performance reports, including stock movements, wastage, and order fulfillment. * Improve warehouse layouts and processes to optimize storage capacity and operational efficiency. **Requirements** * Educational or professional background in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. * **3–5 years of experience in warehouse management**, preferably within the food and beverage or retail industry. * Strong experience in inventory control, stock management, order fulfillment, and transportation coordination. * Knowledge of food storage requirements, expiry control, and FIFO/FEFO stock rotation. * Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel. * Excellent leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem\-solving skills. * Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate inventory records. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively. * A valid Saudi driving license is an advantage. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary package. * Career growth and professional development opportunities. * A professional and supportive work environment. * An opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of Blumen Coffee \& Sweets. **How to Apply** Please submit your CV with the subject line **“Warehouse Manager Application.”** Pay: ﷼2\.00 \- ﷼10\.00 per month Work Location: In person
