Warehouse Logistics Coordinator

**Role Overview** Super Outlet Panama Trade is seeking a detail\-oriented Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to manage inventory flows, order processing, and distribution operations. In this role, you will oversee daily warehouse activities, coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, ensure accurate stock management, and maintain logistics workflows to meet high\-volume consumer demand. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, inventory storage, and order fulfillment. * Manage accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and reconcile discrepancies using warehouse management systems (WMS). * Coordinate logistics for inbound supplier shipments and outbound customer deliveries, including freight booking and transport scheduling. * Lead warehouse personnel, ensuring staff adhere to safety protocols, efficient picking/packing workflows, and operational quality standards. * Monitor supply chain bottlenecks, processing order backlogs and managing stock replenishment levels to avoid shortages. * Maintain warehouse documentation, including shipping manifests, delivery receipts, import/export paperwork, and operational logs. **Requirements \& Qualifications** * Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics coordination. * Proven proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), barcode scanning tech, and inventory spreadsheet management (Excel/Google Sheets). * Strong understanding of import/export logistics processes, freight shipping, and warehouse health and safety standards. * Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage fast\-paced retail or wholesale workflows, and clear communication abilities. الراتب المدفوع: ﷼١٤٬٥٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
