Warehouse Keeper

**About the Company:** Platine Furniture specializes in furniture and interior design solutions based in Sharjah, committed to delivering distinctive designs and high\-quality services that meet the expectations of our clients across the UAE. **Job Description** We are looking for an experienced **Warehouse Keeper** to join our furniture manufacturing factory. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and organizing the warehouse, monitoring the movement of raw materials and production supplies, handling receiving and issuing operations, maintaining accurate inventory records, and coordinating closely with the Production, Procurement, and Management teams. **Key Responsibilities** * Receive all raw materials and production supplies delivered to the factory and verify quantities and specifications. * Inspect materials upon receipt and ensure there are no shortages, damages, or discrepancies. * Organize and arrange materials in the warehouse in a clear and efficient manner. * Accurately record all material receiving, issuing, and return transactions. * Issue materials to production departments based on approved material requests. * Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of materials required for continuous production. * Prepare purchase requests for materials that reach the minimum stock level and submit them to management for review and approval. * Coordinate with the Procurement Department regarding required materials and delivery schedules. * Coordinate with the Production Department to understand material requirements and usage schedules. * Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile physical quantities with inventory records. * Prepare regular reports on inventory movement, available quantities, and required or shortage materials. * Monitor damaged, obsolete, or unusable materials and report them to management. * Ensure that all materials are stored properly to prevent damage or deterioration. * Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and comply with safety procedures. * Monitor the movement of materials entering and leaving the factory and ensure that the required documentation is available. * Immediately report any inventory discrepancies, shortages, or warehouse\-related issues. * Maintain the accuracy and confidentiality of inventory records and warehouse documentation. Required Qualifications \& Experience * Minimum **3 years of experience in warehouse management**, preferably in furniture manufacturing or a similar manufacturing environment. * Experience handling raw materials and production supplies. * Good knowledge of inventory control and stock\-taking procedures. * Proficiency in using computers, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Excel. * Ability to prepare inventory and material movement reports. * Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. * Ability to work under pressure and coordinate effectively with different departments. * Ability to deal professionally with employees, suppliers, and delivery drivers. * Honest, reliable, responsible, and committed to work. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team. * **Valid UAE driving license** is preferred. Education \& Certifications * Diploma or Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in **Warehouse Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management**, or a related field. * Relevant certifications or training in inventory and warehouse management will be considered an advantage. موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
