Waitress **Location:** Kuwait **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **Industry:** Café / Restaurant / Hospitality Job Summary We are looking for a **friendly, professional, and experienced Waitress / Barista** to join our team. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in **restaurant, café, or hospitality operations**, along with practical knowledge of **coffee preparation and barista duties**. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and preparing coffee and other drinks according to company standards. Key Responsibilities * Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. * Take customer orders accurately and provide information about menu items. * Serve food, beverages, coffee, and other products efficiently. * Prepare **coffee and espresso\-based beverages** according to established standards. * Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other bar equipment. * Ensure proper presentation and quality of all beverages served. * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining and service areas. * Prepare tables and ensure the restaurant/café is ready for service. * Process customer orders and coordinate with the kitchen and bar team. * Handle customer requests and provide professional service. * Maintain cleanliness of coffee equipment and workstations. * Follow food safety, hygiene, and company procedures. * Assist with opening and closing duties when required. * Work effectively as part of a team during busy service periods. Candidate Requirements **Experience** * Previous experience as a **Waitress, Barista, or Waitress/Barista** is required. * Experience in a café, restaurant, bakery, or hospitality environment is preferred. * Practical experience in **coffee preparation is mandatory/preferred**, depending on the candidate's overall experience. **Coffee \& Barista Skills** * Good knowledge of espresso\-based beverages such as: * Espresso * Americano * Cappuccino * Latte * Mocha * Other hot and cold coffee beverages * Familiarity with coffee machines and grinders. * Basic understanding of coffee quality, preparation, and presentation. **Customer Service** * Friendly and professional personality. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to understand customer requirements and provide excellent service. * Ability to remain calm and efficient during busy periods. **Other Requirements** * Good personal hygiene and professional appearance. * Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. * Ability to multitask and work in a fast\-paced environment. * Team player with a positive attitude. * Previous experience working in Kuwait/GCC hospitality operations will be an advantage. What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who can **handle both waitress duties and basic barista/coffee preparation responsibilities**, with a strong focus on customer service, cleanliness, and beverage quality. **Candidates with hands\-on coffee preparation experience will be given preference.** Pay: KD200\.000 \- KD270\.000 per month Work Location: In person
