**Job Type:** Full\-time / Part\-time (Night Shifts) **Location:** 49ers Avenue Steakhouse \- Leaf tower, Reem Island, Abu Dhabi **Salary:** AED 1500 \+ Live Out Allowance \+ Tips\+ Duty Meals \+ Other benefits **Job Summary** We are looking for an energetic, high\-performing **Bar Waitress / Floor Staff** to join our fast\-paced nightclub team. In this role, you will be the face of our VIP and lounge areas, delivering exceptional guest experiences in a high\-energy, loud, and crowded environment. If you thrive in nightlife, handle high\-stress situations with a smile, and excel at upselling, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * **High\-Volume Service:** Take and deliver drink orders quickly and accurately across packed dance floors and lounges. * **VIP \& Bottle Service:** Provide premium, high\-end service to VIP tables, including standard bottle presentation and upselling premium packages. * **Tab \& Payment Management:** Open, manage, and close guest tabs accurately using our POS system under fast\-paced, dim\-lit conditions. **Requirements \& Skills** * **Availability:** Must be fully available to work late\-night shifts, including weekends and holidays. * **Experience:** Minimum of 1\-2 years of experience in a high\-volume bar, nightclub, or busy restaurant environment. * **Physical Stamina:** Ability to stand, walk, and carry heavy drink trays through dense crowds for 6–8 hours at a time. * **Skills:** Strong communication skills, sharp mental math for managing tabs/tips, and a calm demeanor under pressure. * **Safety \& Compliance:** Strictly verify guest IDs, monitor intoxication levels, and collaborate closely with security to maintain a safe venue. * **Section Upkeep:** Keep your assigned tables and lounge areas clear of empty glassware, trash, and spills to maintain a clean party space.
