Waitress – Russian Speaker

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Russian-Speaking Waitress to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service. Candidates with previous restaurant, café, lounge, or hotel experience are encouraged to apply. The responsibilities will include but not limited to: • Greet and escort guests to their tables in a professional manner. • Present menus and provide detailed information on food, beverages, portions, ingredients, and allergens. • Inform guests about daily specials and promotions. • Recommend menu items and upsell additional products when appropriate. • Accurately take food and beverage orders, including alcoholic beverages. • Communicate orders efficiently to kitchen and bar staff. • Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining service standards. • Prepare tables with linens, silverware, glassware, and other dining essentials. • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas at all times. • Clear tables, plates, glasses, and utensils as required. • Carry dirty dishes and silverware to designated cleaning areas. • Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations. • Provide outstanding customer service and handle guest inquiries professionally. • Operate POS systems and cash registers accurately. • 1–3 years of experience as a Waitress in a restaurant, hotel, café, or hospitality environment. • Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory. • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards. • Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling. • Well-groomed, presentable, and team-oriented.
