The ideal candidates will have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for providing efficient and welcoming service. **Key Responsibilities** **Guest Service** * Greet and welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service. * Take and manage guest reservations, including confirming bookings and updating reservation records. * Escort guests to their tables and assist with seating arrangements. * Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly. * Assist guests with menu selections and respond to requests professionally. * Manage the reception area and ensure guests are attended to promptly upon arrival. * Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth table allocation and guest flow. **Cashier \& POS** * Operate the POS system and process cash and card payments accurately. * Prepare and process guest bills and follow cash handling procedures. **Cleanliness \& Standards** * Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables, service areas, and assigned sections. * Follow food safety, hygiene, and service standards at all times. **Teamwork \& Professionalism** * Work closely with the kitchen and front\-of\-house team to ensure smooth service. * Resolve or report customer complaints appropriately. * Maintain excellent grooming, personal hygiene, and a polite, helpful attitude towards guests and colleagues. **A Taste of Our Culture** Al Abraaj Restaurants Group is a Bahrain based Public Shareholding Company, widely recognised for its pioneering excellence in the F\&B sector since 1987\.
