Waitress - Banquet (Kuwait)

A 5\-star luxury hotel is seeking experienced **Waitresses** to join its Food \& Beverage team and deliver a refined, professional, and welcoming guest experience. The ideal candidates will have strong service skills, a pleasant personality, and prior experience in a hotel, restaurant, café, lobby lounge, or fine dining environment. **Responsibilities** * Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, professional, and courteous service * Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar teams * Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards and sequence of service * Ensure tables are properly set, clean, organized, and ready for guest service * Maintain strong menu knowledge, including dishes, beverages, ingredients, and special promotions * Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests * Handle guest feedback or minor concerns politely and report issues to the supervisor when needed * Support upselling of menu items, beverages, desserts, and special offers * Coordinate with kitchen, bar, stewarding, and other service team members to ensure smooth operations * Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all times * Follow grooming, appearance, and service standards as per hotel policy * Assist with opening, closing, and side duties as required **Requirements** * Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Waitress in a hotel, restaurant, café, lobby lounge, or similar F\&B environment * Prior experience in a 5\-star or luxury hotel environment is an advantage * Good knowledge of Food \& Beverage service standards and basic sequence of service * Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and professional attitude * Presentable, well\-groomed, and service\-oriented * Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and handle guest requests professionally * Flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays * Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn **What's Offered** * Competitive monthly salary based on experience * Employment visa and work permit sponsorship * Accommodation * Transportation * Duty meals * Paid holidays * Standard benefits as per local labor law, including annual leave, end\-of\-service benefits, and medical insurance
