Waitress and Cashier

**Responsibilities:** * **Customer Service Excellence:** * Greet and assist customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. * Take orders with precision, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. * Provide information on menu items, specials, and promotions. * **Order Processing and Cash Handling:** * Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system. * Handle cash transactions and provide correct change. * Ensure the cash register is balanced at the end of each shift. * **Maintaining Cleanliness and Organization:** * Keep the dining area, counter, and workstations clean and organized. * Assist with clearing tables and maintaining a tidy environment. * **Team Collaboration:** * Work collaboratively with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service. * Communicate effectively to fulfill customer orders promptly. * **Upselling and Menu Knowledge:** * Upsell additional items to enhance the customer experience. * Stay informed about menu offerings and provide recommendations to customers.
