Responsible for providing friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area. **Key Responsibilities** * Welcome customers and provide professional service. * Present menus and explain food and beverage options. * Take customer orders accurately. * Serve food and beverages promptly. * Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and properly arranged. * Check customer satisfaction and respond to requests. * Coordinate with kitchen and barista teams to ensure smooth service. * Clear and reset tables. * Assist with maintaining overall café cleanliness. * Handle customer complaints politely and escalate issues when required. * Follow food safety, hygiene, and company service standards. **Requirements** * Previous waiter/waitress or F\&B experience preferred. * Excellent customer\-service skills. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Pleasant personality and professional appearance. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * **Valid Food Handling Certificate – MANDATORY.** Pay: QAR1\.00 per month Work Location: In person
