We are seeking passionate, professional, and service\-oriented individuals to join our Food \& Beverage team. Key Responsibilities * Welcome guests warmly and provide an exceptional dining experience. * Present menus, explain daily specials, and make suitable recommendations. * Accurately take food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar. * Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally. * Set and maintain tables according to fine\-dining standards. * Anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly to their requests. * Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety. * Handle guest feedback and concerns courteously and professionally. * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. Requirements * 2–4 years of relevant experience in a four\-star or five\-star hotel or resort. * Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Well\-groomed appearance and professional demeanor. * Ability to perform effectively in a fast\-paced environment. * Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. * Basic knowledge of POS systems will be an advantage.
