In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences, providing personalized service, and creating memorable moments for our guests. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Deliver exceptional, friendly, and attentive service in line with Hyatt brand standards, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued throughout their dining experience. * Greet and seat guests, present menus, explain food and beverage offerings, make recommendations, and accommodate special requests whenever possible. * Accurately take and process food and beverage orders, communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams, and serve items according to established service standards. * Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, promotions, and hotel offerings to enhance the guest experience and support upselling opportunities. * Handle guest requests, feedback, and concerns professionally and efficiently, ensuring prompt resolution and guest satisfaction. * Process guest checks and payments accurately in accordance with hotel procedures. * Prepare, clean, and maintain dining areas, tables, and assigned workstations before, during, and after service to ensure a clean and welcoming environment. * Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, health, and safety standards, as well as Hyatt operating procedures and brand standards. * Work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to deliver seamless operations and outstanding guest experiences. **Qualifications** ------------------ * Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong customer service orientation and passion for hospitality. * Ability to work effectively in a fast\-paced environment. * Professional appearance and positive attitude. * Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards. * Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. * Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an advantage.
