**Responsibilities:** * Greet and seat customers warmly, providing them with menus. * Take and relay food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. * Serve food and beverages to tables in a timely manner. * Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and tables. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service. * Process payments and handle cash or credit transactions accurately. * Stay knowledgeable about menu items, including daily specials and dietary restrictions. **Qualifications:** * Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Excellent customer service orientation and a friendly demeanor. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
