Waiter

**Job Summary:** We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and customer\-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our food \& beverage team. The role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have an excellent dining experience. **Key Responsibilities:** * Greet customers politely and guide them to their tables * Present menus and explain menu items, specials, and promotions * Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen/bar * Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly * Ensure tables are clean, set, and well\-presented at all times * Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction * Handle customer complaints professionally and report issues to the supervisor * Process bills and payments accurately * Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards * Assist with opening and closing duties * Work as part of a team to ensure smooth service operations **Requirements \& Skills:** * Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment * Strong customer service attitude * Basic knowledge of food \& beverage service * Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays * Good grooming and professional appearance Job Type: Full\-time Pay: AED2,000\.00 \- AED2,600\.00 per month Work Location: In person
