**About the Role:**
Royal Byte Restaurant \& Catering Services is looking for friendly, energetic Waiters/Waitresses to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience, both in\-house and at catering events.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Greet and seat guests in a warm, professional manner
* Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar
* Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly
* Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about dishes, ingredients, and specials
* Set up and clear tables before and after service
* Handle guest requests, complaints, or concerns promptly and courteously
* Process bills and handle payments accurately
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
* Assist with setup and service at off\-site catering events as required
* Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
**Requirements:**
* Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant or catering environment preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Friendly, well\-presented, and customer\-focused attitude
* Ability to work well under pressure during busy periods
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event\-based hours
* Basic knowledge of food hygiene practices
* Team player with a positive attitude
