Waiter - In-room Dining (Kuwait)

A 5\-star luxury hotel in Kuwait is seeking experienced **Waiters – In\-Room Dining** to join its Food \& Beverage team and deliver a professional, timely, and high\-quality dining experience to guests in the comfort of their rooms. The ideal candidates will have strong service skills, attention to detail, and prior experience in hotel room service or luxury F\&B operations. **Responsibilities** * Take, prepare, and deliver in\-room dining orders accurately and according to hotel service standards * Ensure all food and beverage items are presented professionally before delivery * Deliver orders to guest rooms in a timely, courteous, and discreet manner * Set up trays, trolleys, and dining arrangements according to luxury hotel standards * Explain menu items, order details, condiments, and special requests clearly to guests * Handle guest requests, feedback, and minor concerns professionally, escalating when required * Ensure bills are presented accurately and payment procedures are followed correctly * Coordinate closely with the kitchen, order takers, stewarding, and other F\&B team members * Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of trays, trolleys, service equipment, and back\-of\-house areas * Assist with tray and trolley clearance from guest rooms and corridors * Follow food safety, hygiene, health, safety, and hotel operating standards at all times * Maintain proper grooming, appearance, and professional conduct as per hotel policy **Requirements** * Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Waiter in room service, in\-room dining, hotel F\&B, or restaurant operations * Prior experience in a 5\-star or luxury hotel environment is strongly preferred * Good knowledge of Food \& Beverage service standards and basic sequence of service * Experience in tray and trolley setup is an advantage * Excellent guest service skills with a polite, professional, and discreet approach * Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage * Presentable, well\-groomed, and service\-oriented * Able to work efficiently in a fast\-paced operation and manage multiple orders * Flexible to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays * Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn **What's Offered** * Competitive monthly salary based on experience * Employment visa and work permit sponsorship * Accommodation * Transportation * Duty meals * Paid holidays * Standard benefits as per Kuwait labor law, including annual leave, end\-of\-service benefits, and medical insurance
