**Summary** ----------- About the Job Alila Jabal Akhdar is seeking a Waiter to join our Food \& Beverage team. The role is responsible for providing professional, attentive, and personalized service to guests while ensuring that all restaurant operations are carried out efficiently and in accordance with hotel standards. The Waiter will be responsible for welcoming and assisting guests, providing accurate information on food and beverage offerings, taking care of guest preferences and special requests, and ensuring a consistently high level of service throughout the dining experience. The position will also support daily restaurant operations through proper table setup and clearance, mise\-en\-place, side\-station organization, hygiene and cleanliness standards, and the safe and efficient handling of food, beverages, and service equipment. The successful candidate is expected to maintain professional communication with guests and colleagues, attend required training, follow hotel policies and procedures, maintain a high standard of grooming and presentation, and demonstrate flexibility and teamwork to support operational requirements. Key requirements: * Previous experience in a similar Food \& Beverage role. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Professional, guest\-focused, and service\-oriented approach. * Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team. * Strong attention to detail and cleanliness. * Flexibility to work according to business needs and operational requirements.
