Waiter/Cashier

Job Title: Waiter Job Responsibilities: * Welcome customers politely and provide excellent service. * Present the menu and explain available items. * Take orders accurately and enter them into the POS/KOT system. * Serve food and beverages promptly and correctly. * Coordinate with the kitchen to avoid delays. * Check customer satisfaction and respond professionally to requests. * Suggest additional items to increase sales. * Prepare tables and keep the dining area clean and organised. * Ensure every item served is properly billed. * Handle takeaway and delivery orders when required. * Follow hygiene, grooming and food\-safety standards. * Report customer complaints or operational issues to the supervisor. * Support colleagues and work positively as part of the team. * Attend assigned shifts punctually and follow the duty schedule. Requirements: * Previous restaurant or café experience is preferred. * Good communication and customer\-service skills. * Basic English is required; knowledge of Hindi, Malayalam or Arabic is an advantage. * Able to work under pressure during busy hours. * Honest, punctual, well\-groomed and team\-oriented. * Willing to work flexible shifts. * Candidates currently residing in Abu Dhabi or the Al Dhafra region are encouraged to apply.
