Volleyball Coach

***The Role:*** This is not a "turn up and run a session" job. You'll be the person who owns volleyball at PSA end to end: designing the programme, recruiting the first players, developing the curriculum, and growing it into a full academy pathway across our venues. You'll start with our Ajman Academy facility, where volleyball court demand is already strong, and expand from there. **What you'll be responsible for:** * Designing and delivering a structured volleyball curriculum for ages 6–17, from beginner to competitive level * Leading all volleyball coaching sessions — group classes, academy squads and private training * Recruiting and growing the student base alongside our sales and marketing team * Setting up squad selection, team structures and a competitive pathway * Organising friendlies, tournaments and inter\-academy competitions * Building and eventually leading a small team of assistant coaches as the programme scales * Tracking student progress and communicating with parents professionally * Maintaining equipment, court safety standards and session records What We're Looking For **Essential** * Recognised volleyball coaching qualification (national federation Level 1/2, FIVB, or equivalent) * Minimum 3 years coaching experience, including youth or academy\-level coaching * Strong playing background — club, national league or higher * Proven ability to build a programme, not just deliver sessions * Excellent communication in English, comfortable dealing with parents and school partners * Valid UAE driving licence (or willing to obtain) * Available to work UAE academy hours — weekday afternoons/evenings and weekend mornings **Preferred** * Existing UAE residency and experience in the UAE youth sports market * Arabic language skills * First Aid / CPR certification (we can support certification) * Experience running tournaments or school partnership programmes Pay: AED5,000\.00 \- AED7,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * What's your salary exception? * Do you have a notice period? * Do you have UAE driving license ? * Do you have your own VISA? * What qualification do you have ?
