Vocational Training Workshop Lead

**Job Summary:** The Asia Skills Training is seeking an experienced Vocational Training Workshop Lead to supervise daily technical workshop operations, manage hands\-on instruction facilities, ensure tool and equipment safety, and mentor instructors to deliver high\-quality technical and vocational education programs. **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and safety protocols across all technical training workshops and practical lab facilities. * Supervise workshop instructors, assistant trainers, and lab technicians to maintain practical training standards and curriculum alignment. * Manage workshop inventory, including machinery, power tools, safety gear, and consumable materials, arranging timely repairs and replenishment. * Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and tool checks to enforce compliance with occupational health and safety standards. * Assist in evaluating student practical projects, technical assessments, and hands\-on skill demonstrations. * Coordinate with industry partners and program directors to update workshop equipment and practical training modules. **Key Requirements:** * **Education:** Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Higher National Certificate in Technical Education, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline. * **Experience:** Minimum of 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a vocational training center, technical workshop, or industrial trade school. * **Certifications:** Vocational Trainer Certification (e.g., Assessor/Internal Verifier credentials or national TVET certification) is preferred. * **Skills:** Proficient in workshop machinery operation, tool maintenance, safety protocol enforcement, and technical instruction. * **Competencies:** Strong leadership, practical instructional ability, excellent safety awareness, and clear communication skills. موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
