Visual Merchandiser – LANOVE **Company:** Vinaldi Co. **Brand:** LANOVE – Women’s Fashion **Location:** Kuwait **Employment:** Full\-Time LANOVE is looking for a creative and detail\-oriented **Visual Merchandiser** to maintain and enhance the visual identity of our stores. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of fashion, styling, and retail presentation. Responsibilities * Create and maintain attractive **window displays and in\-store visual merchandising**. * Style mannequins according to collections, trends, and brand identity. * Ensure consistent visual standards across all LANOVE branches. * Plan product placement to highlight new arrivals and key collections. * Regularly visit stores to review and improve displays. * Coordinate with the retail and marketing teams for launches, campaigns, and promotions. * Monitor fashion and visual merchandising trends and introduce fresh ideas. Requirements * Previous experience in **Visual Merchandising**, preferably in fashion retail. * Strong eye for styling, color coordination, and product presentation. * Creative, organized, and detail\-oriented. * Ability to work across multiple store locations. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Fashion or Visual Merchandising background is an advantage. * **Female candidates preferred** Work Location: In person
