##### **Overview** #### **Job Details:** Provide daily personal care and assistance to the client while respecting their individual preferences, routines, comfort, and specific needs. Support the client with everyday activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, meal preparation, eating, and other essential daily tasks. Assist with hydration, communication, and participation in regular routines, hobbies, and suitable leisure activities. Accompany the client to medical appointments and provide assistance with scheduling, transportation, or other related arrangements when required. Maintain a clean, safe, comfortable, and supportive home environment that meets the client’s daily needs. Develop a respectful and professional relationship with the client and their family while maintaining appropriate boundaries and communication. Observe the client’s physical and emotional well\-being, recognize any significant changes, and promptly communicate concerns to the appropriate person. Perform all assigned caregiving duties with patience, compassion, respect, and a professional attitude. Encourage the client to remain as independent as possible and provide support only where assistance is required. Assist with basic household and daily coordination tasks when necessary to help maintain a smooth and organized routine. #### **Job Experience Requirements** Previous work experience in caregiving, personal assistance, home care, or a similar support role will be considered an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a compassionate, respectful, and client\-focused approach. Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage daily care responsibilities effectively. Patient, responsible, empathetic, calm, and understanding personality with a genuine willingness to support others. Ability to work independently, respond appropriately to unexpected situations, and remain composed under pressure. Basic knowledge of personal care safety, hygiene practices, and maintaining a safe home environment.
