Job Responsibilties: • Experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, guest relations, aviation, or premium retail. • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and personalized guest experiences. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first approach. • Experience handling VIP clients and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discretion. • Ability to anticipate customer needs and provide seamless, high-quality service. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Professional presentation • Fluent English (additional European languages are a strong advantage)
