Videographer \& Video Editor **Company:** Best Town Realty Real Estate L.L.C. **Location:** Business Bay, Dubai Job Overview Best Town Realty is looking for a creative and skilled **Videographer \& Video Editor** to produce high\-quality real estate content for social media, digital marketing, and promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate should be passionate about storytelling, have a strong eye for detail, and be able to create engaging videos that showcase luxury properties and the Dubai lifestyle. Key Responsibilities * Capture high\-quality photos and videos of residential and commercial properties. * Shoot property walkthroughs, lifestyle videos, and promotional content. * Edit videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and other social media platforms. * Add music, subtitles, graphics, transitions, and motion effects to enhance video quality. * Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop creative content ideas. * Maintain and organize video footage, equipment, and digital assets. * Ensure all content aligns with the company's branding and quality standards. * Cover property launches, events, and client testimonials when required. Requirements * Proven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor. * Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software. * Experience operating DSLR, mirrorless, or professional video cameras. * Knowledge of lighting, composition, color grading, and audio editing. * Experience creating engaging social media content. * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. * A creative mindset with strong attention to detail. * Experience in real estate videography is an advantage. * Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
