Videographer & Photographer

Key Responsibilities � Photography • Capture professional photographs of residential and commercial properties for listings, brochures, websites, and social media. • Conduct on-site photo shoots ensuring proper lighting, staging, and composition. • Take staff headshots, team photos, and event coverage as needed. • Edit and enhance images for clarity, lighting, and branding consistency. � Videography • Film property walkthroughs, promotional videos, interviews, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes footage. • Operate and manage video equipment including gimbals, drones, lighting kits, and microphones. • Produce engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. • Collaborate with the social media team to storyboard and plan content. �️ Post-Production • Edit videos with transitions, effects, music, branding overlays, and captions. • Maintain organized file storage of all raw and edited materials. • Ensure content is optimized for each platform (e.g., vertical for reels, landscape for YouTube). � Collaboration & Support • Work closely with agents, marketing, and social media teams to schedule shoots and deliver on deadlines. • Offer creative direction on improving the visual appeal of listings and campaigns. • Stay updated with visual trends in real estate media and propose new content ideas.
