Videographer

We are looking for a talented Videographer to join a fast-growing creative marketing agency and bring compelling visual stories to life. In this role, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality video content for a variety of brands across social media and digital platforms. From concept development and filming to editing and post-production, you'll own the entire video creation process and work closely with the creative team to deliver engaging content that aligns with each client's brand and campaign objectives. We're looking for someone with a strong creative eye, excellent technical skills, and a passion for creating content that performs across platforms. Main Responsibilities • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital channels. • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop concepts, storyboards, and content ideas for client campaigns. • Manage all aspects of production, including camera equipment, lighting, audio, and on-site filming. • Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos, incorporating graphics, music, sound effects, and motion elements where needed. • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and platform-specific best practices. • Stay up to date with the latest content trends, editing techniques, and platform requirements to create relevant and engaging videos. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment. • Maintain an organized library of footage, project files, and production equipment. • Work closely with internal teams and clients to gather feedback and refine video content as needed. • Proven experience as a Videographer, Video Content Creator, Camera Operator, or in a similar role. • Strong proficiency in professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. • Solid understanding of video production, lighting, audio, and filming techniques. • Experience creating content optimized for social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns. • Strong creative storytelling skills with an eye for composition, pacing, and visual aesthetics. • Ability to manage multiple projects independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. • Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail. • A portfolio showcasing previous videography and editing work is required. • Nice to Have Experience creating motion graphics or animations using Adobe After Effects or similar tools. • Photography experience. • Understanding of social media analytics and video performance optimization.
