That's why we are recruiting a top\-notch Video \& Photo Editor to join the adventure. **Overview:** A detail\-oriented Photo \& Video Editor to produce high\-quality visual content across digital and print platforms. This role combines technical editing expertise with storytelling skills to enhance photography and video assets for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, advertising, and branded content. **Job Description:** * Responsible for photographing, editing, retouching, and enhancing images for both digital and print use. * Performing color correction, cropping, compositing, and advanced photo manipulation while maintaining a natural and polished appearance. * Removing imperfections, optimizing images for web, social media, e\-commerce, and marketing materials, and preparing files in the appropriate formats for distribution. * Organizing and maintaining photo libraries and digital assets. * Transforming raw footage into engaging, polished video content that aligns with creative briefs and project objectives. * Cutting, sequencing, and assembling footage into compelling visual stories, while incorporating transitions, effects, graphics, titles, subtitles, and sound design where needed. * Performing color grading, audio enhancement, and overall post\-production refinement to ensure professional\-quality output. * Creating and optimizing both short\-form and long\-form video content for social media, websites, advertising campaigns, and other digital platforms. **Required skills \& qualifications:** * **Education:** A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. * **Experience:** 1–3 years of experience in Multimedia editing. * **Technical Skills:** * Strong Photography skills * Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress. * Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. * **Soft Skills:** Strong written and verbal communication, creative thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
