VICE PRINCIPAL PASTORAL - JEDDAH SAUDI ARABIA - AUGUST 2026 BOYS CAMPUS GRADE 4-12 MUST BE FEMALE. For a well-established international school in Jeddah offering American and British curriculum pathways from early years through secondary levels. The school operates across separate campuses for boys and girls, with distinct facilities such as a KG school, boys school, and a primary & girls school, providing structured and gender-appropriate learning environments. For this role, the campus is an all-boys school following the British curriculum, with an American pathway introduced from Grade 9 onwards. They are specifically looking for candidates who: • Have strong leadership experience in international schools • Possess relevant experience within Saudi Arabia or the GCC/Middle East region • Demonstrate strong student management and pastoral leadership skills • Have experience with international curricula, accreditation standards, and school improvement initiatives • Are capable of leading diverse teams while maintaining high academic and behavioural standards Preference will be given to candidates with: • Strong experience in student wellbeing, behaviour management, safeguarding, and pastoral care • Experience supporting students across upper primary and secondary levels • Ability to work closely with academic leadership to support student achievement and welfare A full job description is available upon request. Salary, Allowances & Benefits: • Basic salary range = SAR • Accommodation allowance 25% of the basic salary • Transportation allowance 10% of the basic salary • Medical insurance for employee and family members. • Round-trip air ticket for employee only • Tuition fees discount at AGS (50% for first child + 25% for the rest of children) This school caters for over 2000 students from KG to Grade 12, who are mostly Saudi Arabian and other Arab expatriate nationalities.
