We looking for receptionist (female) to work with our team **better to be near JVC \- Dubai** candidate must love animals Job description * Welcome patients, vendors, pharmaceutical representatives, and other visitors to our practice. * Maintaining Safety and wellbeing of our patients while in the waiting area. * Answer patient questions and provide assistance and directions when necessary. * Answering phone calls from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints. * Utilize our medical office software to schedule new and follow\-up appointments for our patients * Gather feedback from customers and share with management * Collaborate with team members * assist in sales and adding value to the clinic. * processing payments for customer visits, and other products/services in a timely manner. * assisting in receiving, and stocking of supplies/products and entering their details **Qualifications** * 2\+ years of experience working in a customer service role. * Friendly and compassionate disposition. * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Fluency in English. Other languages will be an advantage. * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Computer skills\- MS Office * Ability to work independently or as part of a team Flexibility with a can do attitude and the ability to think quickly and adapt to ever changing environments Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From AED1\.00 per month
