Vendor Relations Executive

ASM is seeking to hire a proactive, detail\-oriented **Vendor Relationship Executive** responsible for building, managing, and retaining key strategic relationships with third\-party vendors supplying essential services to our operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring vendors meet or exceed service\-level agreements by delivering high\-quality services, on time, and in line with client expectations. This is a support function requiring initiative, accountability, and excellent communication skills. The right candidate will thrive in a fast\-paced environment, and be adaptable to constant change. **Essential Criteria** * Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement, ideally within the aviation industry. * Solid understanding of trip support, ground handling, and flight support services. * Strong background in procurement, supply chain processes, and vendor management. * Proven track record in building and maintaining successful vendor relationships. * Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred. * Fluent in English, both written and spoken. **Desirable Criteria** * Bachelor’s Degree in/or related field * Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive cost efficiencies. * A track record of successful vendor relations * Flexible and adaptable in a fast\-paced, changing environment. * Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills. **Personal Attributes** * Self\-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks and problem\-solving. * Calm under pressure and capable of handling high\-stakes situations with diplomacy. * Strong sense of accountability and ownership. * Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross\-functionally. * Professional, approachable, and confident communicator. * High attention to detail with a focus on delivering quality outcomes. **Job Category:** Vendor Relations Executive **Job Type:** Full Time **Job Location:** UAE
