Key Responsibilities 1\. Daily Route \& Sales Execution * **Journey Plan Compliance:** Follow a designated daily route plan to visit assigned retail clients and traditional trade outlets (*baqalas*) across assigned territories in Qatar. * **Order Generation \& Sales:** Drive direct sales, introduce new products or promotional items, and meet monthly or weekly targets set by the company. 2\. Delivery \& Cash Collection * **Stock \& Loading:** Inspect, load, and verify van inventory every morning before starting the shift to ensure correct product counts. * **Cash \& Credit Settlement:** Collect payments upon delivery (cash\-on\-delivery or credit accounts), conduct daily reconciliations, and handle invoices accurately. 3\. Merchandising \& Stock Management * **Shelf Display \& FEFO:** Maintain strong shelf presence, organize product displays, and apply **FEFO** (First\-Expired, First\-Out) stock rotation to minimize expired or damaged goods. * **Stock Reconciliation:** Account for all stock sold, remaining inventory, and damaged returns at the end of every daily route. 4\. Relationship Management \& Market Intelligence * **Client Relations:** Build rapport with store owners and purchasing managers to secure better shelf space and increase repeat orders. * **Competitor Reporting:** Report on local market trends, new competitor activities, and new store openings within the designated area.
