Utilities Technician III - GF

From the simplest moments to the most special ones, we nourish life through quality, innovation, and the people who make everything happen.**What will you be doing at MBRF?** ----------------------------------- * Operate, monitor and maintain industrial refrigeration, HVAC and utility systems to ensure safe, reliable and efficient operation * Perform preventive, corrective and scheduled maintenance on refrigeration and HVAC equipment, including ammonia compressors, evaporative condensers, glycol systems, chilled water systems, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, exhaust fans and AC units * Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults, identify root causes and take corrective actions to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance * Monitor operating parameters, perform routine inspections and support equipment overhaul, preventive maintenance and spare\-part planning * Record equipment issues, maintenance activities and work orders accurately in SAP * Work closely with Maintenance, Production, suppliers and OEMs on technical issues, repairs and continuous improvement activities * Support improvement initiatives using RCA and contribute to solutions for recurring technical issues and reducing MTTR * Ensure all activities comply with HSE, food safety, HACCP, GMP, 5S, Food Defense and company safety standards, including proper handling of chemicals, tools and PPE **What kind of profile are we looking for?** -------------------------------------------- * Minimum 2\-year technical/vocational qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Refrigeration \& Air Conditioning or a related technical field * Minimum 2–3 years of hands\-on experience in refrigeration, HVAC or utilities operation and maintenance, preferably within the Food/FMCG industry * Strong practical knowledge of industrial refrigeration and HVAC systems, including ammonia refrigeration, compressors, condensers, pumps, chilled water systems and AHU/FCU equipment * Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems and read P\&IDs, electrical/mechanical drawings and relevant technical diagrams * Knowledge of HSE, food safety and applicable technical standards; familiarity with SAP, MS Office, RCA, PDCA and 5S * Familiarity with PLC, BMS, DCS, SCADA or HMI control systems is an advantage * Business\-level English proficiency * Based in Jeddah or willing to relocate to Jeddah, with flexibility to commute to the factory location **What competencies are key to this role?** ------------------------------------------- * Strong troubleshooting and practical problem\-solving skills * Safety and quality\-focused mindset with attention to detail * Good communication, teamwork and organizational skills * Ability to work effectively with different teams, suppliers and stakeholders in a multicultural environment * Flexibility in working hours and willingness to support different maintenance and utility areas when required **What can you expect from MBRF?** ---------------------------------- * Being part of a global, collaborative and dynamic working environment * Strong corporate culture with commitments to customers, employees \& environment we serve * Vertical, horizontal, and cross\-functional growth opportunities * Competitive compensation package Apply now and be part of **MBRF**!
