UNIT SUPERVISOR -BAR

Job Description – Bar Supervisor We are looking for an experienced and service\-focused **Bar Supervisor** to oversee daily bar operations and ensure excellent customer service. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate daily bar operations and staff. * Ensure high standards of beverage preparation, presentation, and service. * Train, guide, and monitor bartenders to maintain service standards. * Manage beverage inventory, stock levels, ordering, and wastage. * Monitor costs and support efficient and profitable operations. * Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards. * Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. * Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally. * Coordinate with other F\&B teams for smooth daily operations. * Ensure an excellent guest experience through efficient and professional service. **Experience:** 4–6 years in bar/F\&B operations, preferably with supervisory experience. **Key Skills:** Team leadership, beverage knowledge, inventory control, customer service, cost control, communication, and problem\-solving.
