Job description
• The Junior HRBP is responsible for supporting various HR processes, including talent acquisition, engagement, learning and development, budgeting, reporting, and compliance of personnel administration. This role requires a generalist knowledge to support different HR priorities and ensure efficient HR operations within the department.
What You Will Do:
Manpower Budget & Reporting
• Support Senior HRBP and HR Operations Manager in collating manpower requirements from management.
• Validate variable budget assumptions and accurately enter data into the planning tool for each cost center.
• Create headcount tracking sheets by band and by cost center and assist in budget approval.
• Compile HR data reports, analyze data variance, and prepare detailed reports.
• Compile PDR ratings and forms, ensure conformity, and provide guidance on content quality for levels F and below.
Talent Acquisition
• Support Senior HRBP in manpower planning and recruitment activities for band G and below, including for Stores.
• Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team to manage Success Factors, opening and managing requisitions, and fulfilling positions to meet business needs.
• Ensure recruitment is completed within 45 days and all procedures comply with internal audit standards.
Employee Relations
• Review disciplinary cases, ensure proper documentation, and compare evidence.
• Recommend actions to Senior HRBP, prepare disciplinary warning letters, and manage filing.
• Ensure disciplinary letters are issued within defined time frames.
HR Administration & Compliance
• Train and inform store admin teams on standards to ensure correct data keeping and audit compliance.
• Conduct checks for HR-related costs and accruals as directed by the HR Operations Manager.
• Ensure audit findings are addressed, and payroll records and payments are processed accurately and on time.
System and Organizational Maintenance
• Conduct SAP checks to ensure correct workflows and status of employment changes.
• Collaborate with line managers and SSUs to ensure management changes, employee transfers, and status changes are timely reflected in the system.
• Maintain and update organizational charts to reflect the current status.
Corporate and Brand Representation
• Act as an ambassador for Al Futtaim, aligning behavior with brand and corporate values.
• Develop relationships with SSUs, group functions, and store teams to ensure effective support and administration.
• Gather and analyze feedback from employees to improve HR practices.

What Qualifies You For The Role:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Tools and SAP HCM.
• Understanding of personnel administration, legal reporting, and payroll preparation.
