Aldar Education is seeking an outstanding **UAE National** **Administrative Assistant** to j **oin Muna British Academy** , located on **Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhab** i, commencing in **August 2026** . Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend our upcoming **UAE National Recruitment Event** at the Muna British Academy campus. Successful candidates will be closely aligned with **our core values and ethos** and will demonstrate a genuine understanding and appreciation of the **values and culture of the region.** Minimum Qualifications * High School Certificate or bachelor’s degree. Minimum Experience * A minimum of one to two years’ experience working in a school environment. Job\-Specific Knowledge and Skills * Proficient in operating computers, photocopiers and other office equipment. * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Outlook 365\. * Strong English typing skills. * Previous experience in a customer\-focused role within the region. * Fluent written and spoken English. * Arabic language skills are preferred. * Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with parents in a diverse, multicultural environment. Offers of appointment are subject to satisfactory references and police clearance.** Main Duties: * Attend all administration team meetings * Typing and branding of official documents and letters to Secondary parents * Receiving, directing and responding to emails of behalf of the Secondary Leadership Team as appropriate * Liaise with teaching and non\-teaching staff and respond to enquiries on matters within the postholder’s responsibility * Link to Aldar HQ for all Secondary related issues/tasks * Design new documents, where necessary, to improve Secondary Academy’s effectiveness * Attend any training deemed necessary in relation to the role of Admin Support – Secondary * Support new staff – arrival, induction, accommodation and any other requirements * Maintaining up to date records for all Secondary pupils on engage * Assist with the preparation of Secondary PTCs * Mail merge letters to provide a more personalised service for parents and attached to DMS system * Responsible for all communications to Secondary parents including Homework, Educational visits and invitations to events * Ensure all fire registers are up to date and accurate for the Secondary School * Process any student leavers forms for whole school, update Engage and forward to Admissions * Responsible for arranging the cover of secondary teachers in times of absence * Timetable and arranging cover for teachers as required. * Knowledge of Isams and Cpoms.
