### **General Information** Ref \# 234882 Location Qatar\-Doha Job family Corporate \& Commercial * Closing Date: 2026\-08\-12 ### **Description** **About the Role** This role will be responsible for maintenance and support of Qatar Airways Network infrastructure services. Ensure the network infrastructure systems and applications are designed and configured in compliance to Corporate IT standards. The successful candidate will carry out technical management, administrative tasks and other proactive actions in ensuring that the network infrastructure is reliable, uninterrupted and secured with high availability and resiliency. **Your duties would include:** * In depth hands\-on experience Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE), and firewall security technologies, with proven experience in architecture, deployment, policy management, and operational support. * Responsible for the design, implementation, integration, optimization, and operational support of enterprise Network Access Control (NAC) and identity\-based security services. * Manage identity\-based network access services and policy enforcement mechanisms utilizing Cisco ISE, RADIUS, TACACS\+, 802\.1X, and guest access solutions. * Develop and manage context\-aware access policies utilizing endpoint profiling, device intelligence, and dynamic authorization mechanisms to strengthen enterprise network security and visibility * Manage identity\-based access and segmentation frameworks utilizing RBAC, Security Group Tags (SGTs), and Cisco TrustSec technologies to support Zero Trust and Software\-Defined Access (SDA) architectures. * Perform architecture integration, and operational management of Cisco DNA Center, Cisco ISE, and wireless infrastructure to enable Software\-Defined Access (SDA), automated policy enforcement, micro\-segmentation, and secure enterprise mobility services. * Manage and optimize identity\-based access control and endpoint compliance frameworks, including authentication services, posture validation, and automated remediation capabilities. * Implement and maintain firewall and VPN infrastructures, managing security policies, NAT services, network segmentation, remote access, and site\-to\-site VPN solutions to meet organizational security and business requirements. * Manage firewall policy governance, including security assessments, rule optimization, policy reviews, and implementation of firewall changes in alignment with security, compliance, and operational requirements * Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis of network faults, service disruptions, and performance issues, implementing corrective measures to ensure operational stability. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams and stakeholders to design, implement, and enhance infrastructure and security solutions that support business and operational objectives * Ensure all established IT infrastructure library (ITIL) processes and procedures are implemented and adhered for standardized Services and support across IT platforms, to enhance and improve IT service provisions, stability and predictability. * Support the 24x7 operations and provide technical support for the Network \& Security Infrastructure by attending to the Incidents, problems as well as performing system administrative activities. * Preferably CCNA and CCNP Security certified **Be part of an extraordinary story** Your skills.
