Travel Desk Agent

We are looking for a professional, customer-focused Travel Desk Agent to represent Beno at one of our prestigious hotel partners. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality, tourism, and luxury guest services. Key Responsibilities • Welcome hotel guests and provide professional assistance. • Promote and sell Beno's services, including: • Luxury yacht charters • Water sports activities • Luxury & economy car rentals • Desert safary • Airport transfers • Tours and excursions • VIP concierge services • Understand guests' preferences and recommend personalized experiences. • Handle bookings, reservations, and payment processing accurately. • Coordinate with Beno's operations team to ensure seamless service delivery. • Build strong relationships with hotel guests while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. • Maintain accurate records of bookings, inquiries, and daily sales activities. • Ensure the travel desk is always well-presented and reflects Beno's premium brand image. Requirements • Minimum 2 years of experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, concierge, or hotel guest services. • Previous experience working in a hotel travel desk, concierge desk, DMC, or travel agency is highly preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong sales ability with a customer-first mindset. • Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, French, German, Chinese, or Spanish are an advantage. • Well-groomed, professional appearance suitable for a luxury hotel environment. • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays. • Knowledge of Dubai's attractions, tours, and tourism offerings is preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online booking systems.
