Travel Consultant

\* Excellent spoken and written English is essential. Arabic is preferred but not mandatory. \* Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably within a travel agency, luxury travel, corporate travel, or similar environment. \* Strong knowledge of flight and hotel reservations, itineraries, transfers, and general travel arrangements. \* Experience with GDS and online booking systems is highly preferred. \* Genuine passion for travel, hospitality, and delivering exceptional customer service. \* Strong customer\-service mindset with a natural willingness to go the extra mile for clients. \* Confident, polished, and professional when communicating with VIP and high\-profile clients. \* Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. \* Strong attention to detail and ability to understand and remember individual client preferences. \* Able to handle multiple bookings and requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy. \* Strong problem\-solving skills, particularly when dealing with last\-minute changes, cancellations, disruptions, and urgent travel requests. \* Comfortable working in a fast\-paced, service\-driven environment. \* Proactive, resourceful, organized, and able to work independently. \* Good destination knowledge and willingness to continuously learn about hotels, destinations, airlines, and new travel experiences. \* AI proficiency is expected. Candidates should be comfortable using AI tools effectively to research, organize, communicate, and improve the speed, accuracy, and quality of their work. \* Professional appearance and attitude aligned with the standards of a premium, members\-only travel service.
