#### **TRANSPORTATION SUPERVISOR**Full Time Posted On: Tuesday, September 8th, 2026 Description Provides prompt and safe transport service to all hospital staff, patients and employee?s dependents and ensuring their safety through responsible and safe driving. Keeps all hospital vehicles in good condition at all time through proper care, repair and maintenance. Supervises and controls Transportation Division?s day\-to\-day undertakings. Deals with the workshop for the hospital car repair and maintenance. Deals with the gasoline station for the gasoline coupon issued to all drivers. Receives all requisition papers with prior approval of the Support Services Manager. Signs necessary document in the department. Gives instructions to Assistant Transportation Supervisor and drivers as well. Maintains good working environment within the department through cooperation. Dispatches vehicles and drivers as per approved trip schedule. Maintains hospital vehicles through regular check\-up and repair. Reports any damaged vehicles to the Support Services Manager for necessary action. Implements appropriate policies and procedures to achieve the hospital?s goals and objectives in pursuit of Standards of Care, Quality/Performance Improvement. Performs any other tasks within his competence as directed by the Support Services Manager and FMS Director. Requirements Essential: Minimum of 5 years recent experience as a car and light\- duty vehicle driver, manual and automatic with at least one year experience in supervisor level. Desirable No history of prosecutions for serious driving offenses. High School Certificate. Valid Saudi Driving License.
