Blue Horizon Services and Oil Field Maintenance based in UAE (Part of Arise Global Group headquartered in Singapore) is looking to hire Transport Supervisor for its operations in UAE. Designation: Transport Supervisor The Transport Supervisor is responsible for supervising and controlling the company's transportation and fleet operations, ensuring the safe, timely, efficient, and compliant movement of personnel, NDT equipment, tools, materials, and vehicles between company facilities and project sites. The position provides day\-to\-day supervision of drivers and transport coordinators and ensures transportation requirements are properly planned and executed in support of project operations and client commitments. Key Roles \& Responsibilities  Daily Transport Operations \& Supervision  Driver Supervision  Fleet Management  Vehicle Documentation \& Compliance  Project Mobilization \& Demobilization  Manpower, Equipment \& Material Transportation  UAE Law, HSE \& Road Safety  Breakdown \& Emergency Management  Reporting \& Documentation Qualification Requirements  5\+ years’ experience as Transport supervisor or coordinator  UAE Driving License is mandatory  Strong fleet and transportation management skills.  Good knowledge of UAE roads, industrial areas, and project locations.  Good knowledge of UAE vehicle and driver compliance requirements.  Strong leadership and team\-supervision skills.  Excellent planning and coordination ability.  Ability to handle multiple and urgent transportation requirements.  Good communication and interpersonal skills.  Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and transport/fleet management systems..
