Transport Network

Execute the day-to-day implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of transport network infrastructure. Ensure seamless integration of systems to support mobile, fixed, and B2B services. RESPONSIBILITIES • Install, configure, and test transport network equipment, including RON, GPON, and DWDM systems. • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal uptime. • Support capacity expansions and infrastructure upgrades. • Monitor alarms, analyze logs, and respond to incidents promptly. • Maintain accurate records of network inventory, configurations, and updates. • Assist specialists and professionals in troubleshooting escalated issues • Perform all the above-mentioned roles and responsibilities in compliance to the Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies and report any information/physical security breaches or incidents to the supervisor/manager immediately • Be aware of, and adhere to, all environmental requirements as set by the statutory bodies in Kuwait, or by the published policies of Zain Group/Kuwait • Hands-on configuration & installation • Problem-solving & troubleshooting • Attention to detail & documentation • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies Education Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
