Training Operations Coordinator

Edoxi is looking for a highly organized and detail\-oriented **Training Operations Coordinator** to ensure the smooth and effective delivery of all our public, corporate, and internal training programs. The ideal candidate will be the logistical and administrative powerhouse that manages the scheduling, systems, and resources necessary to successfully execute our diverse portfolio of training initiatives. Your efforts will directly contribute to providing a seamless, high\-quality learning experience for our clients and employees. Key Responsibilities Training Program Coordination \& Logistics * Manage the end\-to\-end logistics for all training events (classroom and virtual), including scheduling, venue setup, material preparation, and technology setup for trainers. * Source trainers for required courses and coordinate with existing and newly hired trainers. * Coordinate with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) and external training partners/vendors to confirm availability, resources, and delivery details. * Manage participant registration, pre\-course communication, course enrollment, and attendance tracking for all programs. * Organize, maintain, and ensure the readiness of all training materials, equipment, and classroom resources. * Input and maintain accurate program scheduling details within the Learning Management System (LMS) and internal calendars.
