Trainer – ERP & Financial Accounting Systems (Odoo, Tally & SAP)

Universal Institute, Kuwait is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and result\-oriented **ERP \& Financial Accounting Trainer** to deliver practical, industry\-aligned training programs in **Odoo ERP, Tally Prime (with GCC VAT / GST compliance), and SAP (FI/CO \& MM Modules)**. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with engaging pedagogical skills to train university students, working professionals, corporate clients, and business owners looking to master enterprise software systems. **Key Responsibilities** * **Instruction \& Curriculum Delivery:** * Design, prepare, and deliver hands\-on, practical training modules for **Odoo** (Functional/Technical), **Tally Prime**, and **SAP** (FI/CO, MM, or Business One). * Conduct interactive classroom and hybrid/online live sessions tailored to diverse learner backgrounds (students, accountants, corporate teams). * Integrate real\-world Gulf/GCC regional case studies into course materials, including GCC VAT compliance, inventory workflows, and multi\-currency accounting. * **Student Assessment \& Support:** * Prepare practical exercises, assignments, mock tests, and certification preparation modules. * Evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback, and guide candidates toward official software certifications. * **Courseware Development:** * Update syllabi and lesson plans regularly to align with software updates, regional industry demands, and certification body standards. **Required Qualifications \& Experience** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Commerce, Finance, or Accounting. * **Professional Experience:** * **3\+ years** of direct experience delivering corporate or professional training in ERP software (Odoo, SAP) and accounting software (Tally Prime). * Practical experience in software implementation, configuration, or customization is highly preferred. * **Technical Expertise:** * **Odoo:** In\-depth functional knowledge across core modules (Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM). Technical customization/development skills are a plus. * **Tally Prime:** Advanced proficiency in financial accounting, inventory management, payroll, and GCC VAT compliance. * **SAP:** Hands\-on experience with SAP ERP system workflows (specifically SAP FI/CO and SAP MM or SAP Business One). * **Certifications (Preferred):** * Official certifications in **Odoo**, **Tally**, or **SAP** (e.g., Certified Odoo Consultant/Trainer, Tally Certified Professional, SAP Certified Application Associate). * **Key Skills:** * Exceptional presentation, communication, and classroom management abilities. * Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is an added advantage). * Strong ability to simplify complex ERP architectures for beginners and intermediate professionals. Pay: KD10\.000 \- KD20\.000 per hour Expected hours: 20\.0 per week Work Location: In person
