Traffic Signal Engineer

We are looking for a skilled **Traffic Signal Engineer** to design, program, and maintain traffic signal systems across Qatar. You will ensure traffic flows safely and efficiently by optimizing signal timings and fixing system faults quickly. **What You Will Do:** * **Design \& Timing:** Create and optimize traffic signal timing plans using simulation software. * **Maintenance:** Troubleshoot, program, and repair traffic controllers and signal hardware on\-site. * **Monitoring:** Monitor traffic management systems to identify congestion and adjust signals in real\-time. * **Coordination:** Work with local authorities (like Ashghal) to implement traffic diversion and safety plans. **What We Are Looking For:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, or Traffic Engineering. * **Experience:** Proven experience in traffic signal design, programming, and intersection control. * **Skills:** Hands\-on knowledge of traffic software (like Synchro, VISSIM, or SCATS) and controller hardware. * **Local Knowledge:** Familiarity with Qatar traffic regulations and Ashghal standards is highly preferred. * **Driver's License:** A valid Qatar driver’s license is required for site visits.
