Track Manager - Program & Project Management

Others, Others Job Summary The Project \& Program Manager will be responsible for end\-to\-end planning, governance, execution, and delivery of multiple projects/programs. The role requires strong coordination across delivery teams, customers, business stakeholders, vendors, and support functions to ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, budget, quality, and contractual commitments. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple projects/workstreams from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery schedules. Establish project/program governance, including regular reviews, steering meetings, and management reporting. Track project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies. Identify delivery risks proactively and drive mitigation and contingency plans. Coordinate with technical, operations, business, HR, finance, procurement, and other cross\-functional teams. Manage customer and senior leadership communication, including project status, escalations, and key decisions. Ensure adherence to organizational project management processes, policies, quality standards, and contractual requirements. Monitor project KPIs, SLAs, deliverables, and overall program health. Manage resource requirements, capacity planning, onboarding, allocation, and utilization across projects. Drive RAID management — Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies. Manage change requests and assess their impact on scope, cost, resources, and timelines. Conduct periodic governance meetings and publish MOMs, action trackers, and executive status reports. Coordinate with vendors and external partners wherever applicable. Drive continuous improvement, productivity, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives. Support financial tracking, forecasting, billing/milestone reviews, and budget governance. Ensure timely escalation and resolution of critical delivery issues. Skill Requirements Strong Project and Program Management capabilities. Excellent stakeholder and customer management skills. Strong planning, governance, risk management, and problem\-solving abilities. Experience managing cross\-functional and geographically distributed teams. Strong understanding of resource and capacity management. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and escalation\-management skills. Experience with project management and reporting tools such as MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, Power BI, or equivalent. Good understanding of IT infrastructure/services and managed\-service environments is preferred. Other Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business Management, or equivalent. Typically 8–15\+ years of overall experience with significant experience in Project/Program Management.
