Job description

Redesign the Way Work Gets Done. At Netservex, we believe operational excellence is engineered—not improvised. We're seeking a Time and Motion Engineer who can uncover inefficiencies, redesign workflows, and transform data into measurable improvements. This role goes beyond timing tasks; you'll shape how teams, systems, and processes perform at scale. If you're energized by solving operational challenges, improving productivity, and influencing how organizations work smarter, this opportunity offers both impact and visibility. What You'll Do As our Time and Motion Engineer, you will: Analyze existing workflows using time studies, motion analysis, and process mapping techniques. Identify operational bottlenecks and develop practical, data\-driven solutions to improve productivity and resource utilization. Design standardized work procedures that enhance efficiency while maintaining quality and safety standards. Collaborate with operations, engineering, and management teams to implement process improvements across departments. Collect, interpret, and present performance metrics to support strategic decision\-making. Evaluate workforce allocation, equipment utilization, and production methods to maximize operational performance. Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies. Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and recommend further optimization opportunities. Develop documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and performance reports to sustain operational excellence. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who combines analytical thinking with a practical understanding of how work is performed. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. \* * Demonstrated experience in time and motion studies, industrial engineering, process optimization, or operational improvement. \* * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and convert findings into actionable recommendations. \* * Experience with workflow analysis, process mapping, productivity measurement, and performance improvement techniques. \* * Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement principles is highly desirable. \* * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools; familiarity with statistical or process analysis software is an advantage. \* * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross\-functional teams. \* * Detail\-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering measurable business results. الراتب المدفوع: QAR١٧٥٬٠٠٠٫٠٠ لكل عام موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
