TikTok LIVE Content & Talent Manager – Arabic Speaking

We are looking for someone who **lives and breathes TikTok LIVE** and understands what makes people stop, watch, engage and stay. No previous experience needed, but someone who spends more time watching Tik Tok LIVE than sleeping. This is **NOT an on\-camera role**. You will work behind the scenes, managing the creators and talents who go LIVE. **What you’ll do:** * Manage and coordinate TikTok LIVE creators and talents * Develop LIVE concepts, formats, scripts and talking points * Brief and prepare talents before going LIVE * Monitor LIVE sessions and guide creators in real time * Understand TikTok LIVE trends, audience behaviour and engagement mechanics * Analyse performance and continuously improve formats * Recruit, onboard and develop new LIVE talents * Stay constantly on top of what is happening on TikTok and TikTok LIVE **Must\-have:** * **Fluent Arabic** * Deep understanding of TikTok LIVE — not just general social media * Strong knowledge of Arabic TikTok culture, trends and audiences * Experience managing creators, influencers or LIVE talents * Highly organised, proactive and performance\-driven * You genuinely **breathe and feel TikTok** and know instinctively what works on the platform Experience with **TikTok Shop, LIVE commerce, creator agencies or LIVE monetisation** is a strong plus.
