Job description
Seeking a Threading Operator with 5+ years of experience in threading operations for industrial fasteners including stud bolts, hex bolts, anchor bolts, and U-bolts. Experience in oil & gas applications is preferred. Key Responsibilities Operate threading machines (rolling & cutting) for: Stud Bolts (continuous & double end) Hex Bolts Anchor Bolts & U-Bolts Perform threading as per: ASTM A193 (B7, B7M, B16) ASTM A320 (L7, L7M) ASTM F1554 Ensure compliance with: ASME B1.1 Inspect threads using GO/NO-GO gauges and ensure proper tolerances and chamfering
Minimum 5+ years experience in threading operations
Strong knowledge of thread types (UNC / UNF / 8UN)
Experience in anchor bolts and U-bolts
Ability to read engineering drawings
