مشغل فني\- دعم أنظمة الحافلات والنقل البحري \- (26001909\) **الوصف الوظيفي** ----------------- **Job Purpose** Ensure reliable operation of intelligent transportation systems for bus and marine services by monitoring platforms, managing incidents and data updates, supporting first\-level troubleshooting and reporting, and coordinating with control centers, vendors and field teams to meet service expectations. **Strategy** * Define and apply technical incident\-priority levels, escalation paths, and response targets in line with approved procedures and service expectations. * Monitor SLA KPIs and performance metrics for ITS services, highlighting risks and trends to control centers and supervisors for proactive decision\-making. * Analyze performance logs and incident trends to propose efficiency improvements and process refinements for ITS operations. **Operations** * Monitor ITS platforms for bus and marine systems via control dashboards to detect anomalies, data gaps, and service interruptions, responding promptly to alerts from operators, supervisors, and customers. * Record and manage technical incidents in the ticketing platform, ensuring accurate categorization, documentation, and timely follow\-up until closure. * Coordinate with control centers, service providers, and vendors to verify system status, progress incident resolution, and maintain daily communication on open tickets. * Provide first\-level technical support to field operators, guiding basic troubleshooting steps and escalating major faults to specialized teams or the Chief Engineer per escalation procedures. * Conduct remote schedule updates and related configuration changes, verifying successful implementation on field systems and addressing any discrepancies or failed deployments. * Support operation and sustainability of AVM, RTPI, AFC, Nol machines, and smart devices by supervising routine monitoring, identifying recurring malfunctions, and initiating appropriate corrective actions. * Support development and updating of ITS databases and scheduling data by executing defined data\-management tasks and validating data completeness and accuracy. * Supervise device inventory and maintain accurate asset tracking for ITS equipment, coordinating with relevant teams to update status, movements, and replacement records. * Support monitoring and follow\-up of Nol machine cash\-collection status by reviewing system reports, flagging anomalies, and coordinating with responsible units for timely resolution. * Conduct field visits, when required, to verify operational condition of ITS devices, confirm schedule updates and configurations, and validate completion of maintenance or deployment activities. **Product / Process Improvement** * Participate in pre\-deployment testing and rollout of new systems and technical upgrades, documenting results, defects, and user issues for resolution. * Assist in disaster\-recovery testing exercises by executing assigned test steps, validating service restoration, and summarizing outcomes for review. * Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and maintenance documentation, consolidating incidents, corrective actions, trends, and changes to support management review and continuous improvement. **Physical Working Conditions** * Undertake field visits to depots, terminals, marine facilities, and control rooms as required to support live troubleshooting, testing, and verification of ITS components. **المؤهلات و المهارات** ----------------------- **Education** Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering or Computer Engineering **Experience** 0\-1 years of experience with oral communication **فئة الوظيفة** --------------- : الإدارية **جهة العمل** ------------- : هيئة الطرق والمواصلات الإدارة: انظمة المواصلات المستوى التعليمي: غير محدد الجنسية المطلوبة: جميع الجنسيات (الأولوية للمواطنين) الراتب الشهري: غير محدد طبيعة الدوام: دوام كامل **تاريخ الإعلان** ----------------- : 05\-09\-2026 **تاريخ سحب الإعلان عن الوظيفة** -------------------------------- : 06\-10\-2026
