Role Overview We are seeking an experienced **Textile Manufacturing Director** to oversee production operations, optimize supply chains, and ensure quality excellence across all manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, manage large\-scale production facilities, and drive innovation in textile manufacturing. Key Responsibilities * **Production leadership**: Direct textile manufacturing operations from raw materials to finished products. * **Supply chain management**: Oversee procurement, vendor relations, and logistics. * **Quality assurance**: Ensure compliance with international standards and customer requirements. * **Operational efficiency**: Implement lean manufacturing practices to reduce costs and improve productivity. * **Sustainability initiatives**: Integrate eco\-friendly processes and materials. * **Team development**: Mentor production managers, supervisors, and staff. * **Innovation**: Introduce advanced textile technologies and digital manufacturing solutions. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration. * 12\+ years of textile manufacturing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. * Strong knowledge of knitwear production, supply chain management, and compliance standards. * Proven track record of managing large\-scale textile operations. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Familiarity with GCC textile industry trends is an advantage.
